We love this pharmacy. Our family of 5 moved to Bryant about 3 years ago and this pharmacy was recommended by or kids' pediatrician. We've since moved to Benton but wouldn't dream of switching because they're so great. Super fast, personable, easy refill system, and the store sells tons of really cute apparel and gifts.

I don't have any experience from here just yet, but I was referred to them by my mom's caregiver who has been using them for a very long time and has no problems with them. I called and asked what I needed to do to change pharmacy and she explained was to add my personal information in their system and the pharmacist will call and have your medications switched over! I told her thank you and I look forward to using them in future. One thing about a family owned pharmacy is that they treat you like family and care about your personal needs. I was not happy with the current pharmacy I have been using, they were pretty early filling my meds and calling 2 or 3 times a day to let me know I had meds to pick up or to see if I wanted meds to be filled before due day...ud83eudd2a it was driving me crazy with constant calls from their automated service. So I said that's it!!

Truly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a pharmacy, the staff is so knowledgeable, the pharmacists are all phenomenal and always are ready and willing to educate and answer any questions you may have, the staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well taken care of and pleased with every visit you make. Not to mention, they fill your prescriptions in the snap of a finger as quickly as possible while you’re waiting on them, no 30 minute-an hour waiting on your prescriptions, they will have you in and out just as quickly as possible, which makes it extremely convenient for all customers, nothing like a chain pharmacy AT ALL. Did I mention, they offer free delivery AND they have a super cute shopping area as well full of all kinds of cute clothes, gifts, candles, laundry detergent, and OTC’s?! What’s not to love about that!!! Cannot say enough about how pleased I am as a customer with these guys, they really are the best of the best.

Family Pharmacy is the best I have ever used. Always courteous and friendly. Always take care of us in a timely manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks for all you do for Joseph, Michael and me.

Never have I gone to a pharmacy that each employee knows who you are after the very first visit. It could be inside or drive thru. Very helpful and pharmacists know their stuff! They make you feel like family and go that extra mile that others don’t. Even remembers my dog, Nibbles!
