Meds are always late, partial fills, staff taking too long, telling me things are ready for pick up and they aren't. I thought it would be convenient since I grocery shoo here. Going to a new pharmacy.
My husband had his prescriptions transferred to Walmart and they sent them to Walgreens instead. He is an OTR truck driver and he's going to wait a week to get them filled.
Eta: months later they still cant get ordering or staffing done adequately. And are no help when their stock is low unlike other Kroger pharmacies who usually help locate what they are short on.nnDont expect anything in a timely manner. Even if you give them a day. Theyll still not get it ready more often than notud83dude21
So rude on the phone and slow to do refills. They definitely don’t have the attitude of customer first like the Kroger grocery store does.
