Waited hours inside because they only have two people renewing tags and everything else on a Friday at the end of the month. Finally got to the counter when a third lady got back from lunch, and then I was laughed at and told “I don’t know what that is” about my online assessment receipt. There’s no need to be condescending. You’re doing a job, and I’m literally just doing what I have to do legally.

They are very helpful staff is amazing they deal with more rude people than what i would so i just have to say you guys are Amazing thank you for being there for us

I've been to many revenu offices and this one honestly is the best. It's always been a quick in and out, employees have always been so nice and curtious. My only guess for the bad reviews are people that wanted something done that they did not have the paperwork for, or they were not doing it right. Because I've never had an issue here
