This group did a closing in the last few months and wow what a disaster they did not do the full research on the property so in turn I have to hire a attorney to verify what has not been done so that I can.nSo please take some advice and go elsenwhere and save yourself a headache and money.nnSo here is a follow up on the issue I had above. I went to a real estate lawyer and $250.00 later they did what Waco did not do and said they couldn't do lol.nWow that just shows you what kind of poor service this does for there clients.

I've always enjoyed working with the folks at Saline County Abstract/WACO Title. They've really stepped their game up lately with the addition of some wonderful new staff members to go along with the already great people working there. I work for a local mortgage company and know the hard work they put in to get things done correctly and promptly. You should definitely give them a try for your next home buying experience!

I did 99% of the work that they ended up sending to the attorney I had to hire.nThey never told me I was going to have to hire an attorney even though they knew they couldnt get the property title transferred without going to court.nIf you need the title transferred from a deceased person to a living person dont waste your time with a title company or any office at the courthouse.nYou have to have an attorney so let them do it and save some money.

As a loan officer I can vouch that Waco's Benton team will get the job done! Recently we needed a title done very quickly, and they got the job done in a week where others were quoting two to three weeks. Highly recommended!
