The first sales lady must have been overworked and tired. She was anything but helpful. She seemed to be more interested in the comfort of the recliner she was sitting in than the one we were trying to buy. On our way out the door I tripped on a rug that was bunched up. Her only response was watch that rug, as she continued to stay seated where she was. Then we met Jarrod on our way out. He saved your reputation. We bought the recliner your salesperson was too tired to check on. If she works on commission, she will starve.
