The customer service was second to none. Outstanding! Very energetic and willing to help. Made my upgrade and adding a line go as smoothly as it could possibly go. Explained everything to a “technology challenged” person to where I could understand what they were saying. Highly recommended them. In a time when customer service is almost obsolete they gave me hope again. Thank you for that!!!!

Yurian at the T-Mobile store in benton was great and knowledgeable! Got me a new phone with no issues at all, definitely coming back for future purchases

When the guys at the T-Mobile store said they were trying to get some more reviews here, I was more than happy to help. Benjy, the manager, did an awesome job and his assistant manager was very helpful!
