Mitchell took time to explain how we could get the best product and fully described options to us. He was polite and personable, always a plus. Considering going back in a few days to upgrade another phone and talking to Mitchell.nnThe only down side (and this has NOTHING to do with Mitchell) the store was very poorly stocked with accessories (i.e. no iPhone watch protectors in stock, no iPhone 7/8 cases in stock and very few iPhone 11 cases available).nnNever confuse poorly stocked inventory and great customer service.

I have never had a better experience at an at&t store. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I want to send out a big shout out to JR, he answered all my questions and helped me feel well informed throughout the whole upgrade process. I have always hated that process and felt like at&t would surprise me with charges, but JR made sure I knew exactly what charges to expect and when to expect them. We love our new phones, and look forward to working with the staff at at&t on Military Road in Benton, AR again in the future!

When I talk to Philip or Justin I get good answers. They are friendly. If need be they will research an answer.
