Have never had any kind of problems with Aaron's n Benton. They will work with u any way possible to get and keep u as a customer. I would recommend them to anyone! Great people!

Great Aaron’s !! The lady that helped us was awesome!!! Our fridge went out suddenly and was able to get it the same day.

If I could give them no stars I would. Ronnie or Rodney ( I can't remember), he handles collections, he was rude and unprofessional. My mother has been a customer for 5 years, and she has never been late on any of her payments. She had some issues this last month and was a little late on her payment, but managed to pay it. They charged her a ridiculous late fee. Because she couldn't pay it the Aron's rep calledme out of nowhere screaming about how he was going to come and get the merchandise from her tomorrow. Then he proceeded to hang up the phone, and not answer when I tried calling him back. This is the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Too much money for shoddy merchandise. ud83dudc4e

I would recommend you to NOT go here. Unfortunately I’ve had a terrible experience with Aaron’s. I financed a living room set and a TV a few months ago. I also decided to pay more monthly for insurance on said items. I was told one price when we were checking out - each month after that I’ve had to call due to the prices increasing each month. Within the second month, my couch sunk in - I called and complained because I refuse to pay for something that’s not sturdy. They apologized. It took longer than they said it would to call me back. Eventually they replaced my couches (the delivery guys were awesome tho!). The following month - my TV stand (not from Aaron’s) broke. There were three adults standing around the TV. We were trying to unplug the TV to move it so we could get behind the TV stand. The TV stand suddenly broke and the TV fell onto the floor. It still works - but there’s a couple major cracks on one side. I called Aaron’s in Benton, AR (because this is what I pay insurance for, right?) and the employee tells me he’s going to get the manager. The manager tells me he can’t do anything because it’s MY fault the TV is broken (it must be an act of God for them to cover it). A couple hours later, I start really thinking about it and I decide to call customer service because I really feel like I’m in the right. They connect me to the regional manager. The regional manager is not genuine at all. He tells me it’s my fault, he can’t cover it, and if I refuse to pay for it (as in give them the TV back) he will take me to small claims for the damage done.nnI’ve considered taking the TV to get the screen fixed. But I really feel like Aaron’s should be the one to cover it because how could I have prevented my TV stand from breaking? Why were my couches covered and not the TV? I’m paying double for a TV so it’s more affordable in the moment and so I have complete coverage - but obviously Aaron’s doesn’t care about its customers in the way I thought they did.☹ufe0f

Its not a corporate store so you are always lied to and scammed folks....been doing business with Arrons for over 10 Years have paid off several things but this store does not treat loyal customers with respect online is always cheaper anyways...
