We had a great experience as buyers, and again as sellers with Jason Elstrott. As buyers, he took us to countless houses to find the perfect one and helped guide us through the process of first-time home buying. When it came time to sell he coordinated everything, held an open house, and helped us complete the paperwork all while we were out of state. He made himself always available and is a great source of knowledge. Highly recommended!

We are not pleased. The realtor we had started to feel some sort of pressure on losing a commission, so a day or two before signing he was on the phone YELLING at my wife to be there. It was a rental property we were buying, and the property manager he suggested proved to be a bad choice, so there is that, too.

Great place to go watch sporting events for sure. They also have some pretty decent food

I was very happy working with Phyllis Podolske as a buyer's agent. She spent a great deal of time with me, having two days solidly booked of viewing properties in Hillsboro and every direction from it. She really is looking out for YOUR interests, which isn't always the case in this business.nnIf you're relocating from elsewhere in the country, having a good agent is quite important in this area (as opposed to, say, Phoenix, where homes are mostly quite similar). There are a lot of considerations with onerous taxes and zoning, and of course with the local infrastructure. She saved me from looking in one area where the only road was going to be closed for a year, for example.nnAll in all, she was a joy to work with.
