Great secluded neighborhood. Condominium style buildings built around a small lake although it's more like a pond because it's never full. Great place to live no complaints. Great deal on the prices as well. Very well kept property and great management and staff. To apply stop by the main office on 690 Dawson Rd, Forrest City, AR 72335. It actually didn't take long for the process or the wait on a unit. Very professional staff that go above and beyond to make your stay very comfortable. No smoking on the premises and all it needs is a playground slash park and it's perfect.
