Do not go to this pharmacy if you need same day fill. I can't even add up all the times and the ways this pharmacy has screwed up! I have noticed that they have alot of tech turnover so that may be part of the problem. Problems have ranged from 1) my meds got stuck in the machine and instead of someone getting them I was sent away until the next day. 2) Longer than usual wait times. ( think 2 days when I was told 2 hours) 3) not getting texts when meds are ready, even though I'm signed up 4) being overcharged because the tech said my insurance was on there, but it actually wasn't 5) them losing my rxs. I could go on and on. Try to find another pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst service ever. All of those techs and pharmacist how can it take 24 hours to fill a prescription that I can go to another pharmacy and have it filled with less staff, but yet just as busy?. Yep I'm done with this pharmacy plus they hardly ever text or call anymore and if you get the call there's nothing there to hear. I've had my son's amoxicillin not mixed, a empty bottle and not the whole prescription. So needless to say the worst ever..... Let's not add I was setting on the outside drive through for 6 cars and still no response from anyone so I park and go inside only to find out the prescription wasn't filled or a phone call to say there was a problem. If you go here for prescriptions good luck. We are out so maybe they can move faster.

I needed my prescription filled same day. They told me it was no problem. While I was waiting, they closed the pharmacy and wouldn't acknowledge me. I told them I would have gone somewhere else if they didn't have time. Worst service I've ever experienced.

This was my first experience with this particular Kroger pharmacy. My son's pediatrician sent over a prescription to clear up my son's ear infection. It was cool because it's not far from the clinic and we needed to do some shopping. I stood in the pharmacy line after shopping for about 20 min. Not too frustrating but noticeably slow moving. I decided to go check out and go through the drive through, another 30 minutes only to get to the window to be told they don't have the prescription. I left and went to the Kroger on McCain, no prescription. At this point, I'm upset with the clinic thinking they sent my baby's meds somewhere else. Well I called 2 Walgreens and McCain Walmart... NOTHING. So I called this Kroger back only to be told that the machine that they receive their scripts on is.... you guessed it, NOT WORKING!!! I get a text the next morning that my son's meds are ready and because I live on the other side of town it will be an inconvenience but I won't complain because it's for my son. I'm grateful that I received the msg. I just hope I can come back tomorrow and write a more positive review. Come on Kroger, you have to do better and even if you don't I won't use you again or recommend this location.
