Writing a review to balance out the one by a person who gave a positive review but gave only one start for some weird reason. In any case, the staff was great. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me because they deserve a bonus. Unfortunately, since Covid they closed right before I could return the piece I bought (I was still within the time they gave me) but their extension doesn't cover my purchase. So I could not return because they were closed and they left me without option. Hopefully they'll be gracious with my situation.

Kay Jewelers is a great place to shop for your significant other. Great places and friendly staff. Located in the outlets by bass pro shop. Go in and have a look around.

The sales representative at Kay Jewlers are professional. They answer any questions that you may have. My experience at Kay Jewelers in McCain Mall was a pleasant one.

Such sweet staff. I felt truly taken care of. But resizing is not covered by the basic warrenty, get the lifetime warrenty, it's very worth it.

If you're looking to buy something, customer service is top of the line! If they already have your money, you will never get decent customer service ever again. You will always be second fiddle to people browsing the jewelry cases.
