I truly enjoyed the customer service that the expert gave. Tanner was very confident in his job and was willing and helpful. He was on time, and well prepared. He definitely was an expert technician and was able to provide me with all of the answers to the many questions I had about bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, rodents and how to prevent my home from getting any uninvited guests this Winter. My inspection went well, and it’s going to stay that way with the help of Terminix.

My husband and I will never use them again. They left poison at our home and my toddler got ahold to it. So when it happened instead of me turning them in and getting my lawyer we instead told them we don’t want to do anymore business with them so months go by and all of a sudden 93.08 is taken out of my account by terminix with out my permission.And they also said that they did our home again and did not dot our yard. We have cameras around our home and not once did they come to our home. I still have pictures of the poison they left and I been trying to get in contact with them for weeks no return phone calls no emails from them no money back nothing. This is October 20,2020 and I still haven’t gotten my money back from weeks ago and no call nothing at all. It has been a pain to me. We kept all calls we made on file all the people we talked to and more. If they do ever decide to give me my money back that they stole out of my account I will give you guys an update.

Got a letter in the mail that they have canceled my service for nonpayment, but I paid my bill a month before the due date. Not the way you treat a long term customer who has bought the most expensive termite plan they have with bait stations and a spray treatment, both. Have called multiple times and stay on hold for over 30 min at a time and can't speak to anyone from the USA that speaks understandable English even though I dialed the number for my local office. The last time I was on the phone for 1:13, 34 sec. They just tell me that someone from accounting will call me back in 1-2 days, but it never happens. Run from this company, use someone other than Terminix.

In my experience, Terminix was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!nnThey made promises during the evaluation that they didn't fulfill after being hired. They damaged my roof (which was less than 6 months old) They lied about showing up for appointments. We were at the house AND we have cameras -- nobody came when. They have not responded to refund requests, nor have they remedied the problems.nnI had to call in someone else to do what Terminix was supposed to do.
