Bought a house in 2018 where they had done the initial termite inspection/treatment. Ended up deciding to sell the home. They called mid 2019 to do the inspection. I told them I was planning on selling the home and would just get the inspection done whenever get the home under contract. Now that home is under contract they say that instead of the typical 175 renewal amount that they would be treating like a new contract and charging 600-800 bucks. Called one of their competitors and they are doing it for less than half what critter getters was going to charge. Would have had no problem using them on a future home purchase but won’t be doing so now since they tried to price gouge me.

Was once an excellence service provider. However, they went through massive turnover several years back. Since then, the receptionist and secretary are rude and act as if they don’t need your business. The service agents were different every time and not with calming appearances. I went along for a few more services and then a tech asked me if I wanted to sell him the TV in my guest room, made several remarks about the amount of tools in my husband’s shop and even went so far as to ask me what we paid for our boat. I recently called to inquire if they compete with others locally and they proceeded to give me some BS excuses about why they were more expensive and started cutting down every local provider she (emily) could think of. On to the next for us, just sad that after 13+ years, it has to be that way.
