The agents here are not fully trained on how to inspect and identify pests. They are only good for pretreatment. If you already have pests, call someone else to treat because they will not treat properly until your situation is out of control.
We have used them for many years. Great service and great folks. A hard to beat combo.
Bug Masters has been servicing my house since June and I LOVE their team. They also service every apartment I've ever worked at, they are the best in the business in Central Arkansas!
Ladies who answer the phone are always so nice and polite. They sent the call to a great guy who explained all the options and pricing. The technician who came out was on time, knew what he was doing, and gave me confidence that the problem would be solved. Had 3 different interactions with 3 different Bug Masters employees and all 3 were awesome! Keep it up!
