Circle K

On more than one occasion I have gone to the Circle K on Hwy 107, and they have been closed early! Store hours are set for a reason. Every other location doesn't lock their doors until 10:45pm, buy this location, like tonight, has the doors locked at 10:20pm & is refusing to let me in so I can buy me something to drink!!! This is bad for business, not to mention how rude the clerk reacted to the fact that I even pulled in the parking lot!!! If you don't like your job get a different one! And if there are set store hours go by them!!!!

By far the worse conscience store in the area. All of the workers in their have nasty attitudes and they tend to have a thing about closing early. If the store is supposed to close at 11 there is no reason the doors should be locked at 10:15-10:30. Then when you stand at the door the clerk just stands there and look at you. Same black girl both times this has happened I don’t know her name but I know her face. Horrible place I now will drive to Mapco or Murphy but definitely not Circle K.

Circle K in Sherwood, Ar. Is very very shady. They exist but not on Google maps accurately. On Friday August 7, 2020, a 62yr.old friend is in there for beer, but forgot his i.d. No sale.nIn walks, Mr. Coleman to buy that same beer, 63 with I.D. Black woman BEHIND THE COUNTER, tells me i cant buy that same beer, for my friend cause he tried to without I.D. STAY OUT OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!

Quite possibly the worst convenient store in history. Upon opening they seemed very friendly and nice. A few weeks later, fountain machine goes down. Literally out of order for weeks (2-4). Less than a month later it’s broken again for weeks. E85 fuel on pump 3/4, pumps exceptionally slow. Can’t even get to a dollar in a minute. So I switch pumps. Weeks later, the pump is still like that. I demand a refund or switch to another pump. They tell me they can’t switch to another pump. Store manager is rude and Not accommodating. I did not get the refund. I called the owner. He gave me every excuse under the sun. None of the issues are on him. He is hesitant to give me a refund but reluctantly abliges. I agree to bring the money back when my card is credited. I stop to get gas today. A lady walks out as I’m walking in. I stand at the counter and no one assists. I start saying hello. Hello. Hello. Finally a girl comes from the back and says ma’am. I said “I’m just wondering if anybody is working?” A few secs later, the manager comes out, walks slower than my children when trying to get out the door for school. I tell her 40 on 7. She says nothing and hands me the change. I ask for a receipt. This will be the last time I visit this store. It’s super convenient, but the management is poor in nature and their concern is not for customers or convenience as displayed in their actions. There is always something not working in this brand new store. Horrible horrible horrible service every single time aside from the first week it opened.nnUpdate: 11/30/2020- went back last night for a drink. They were completely out of cups. I had to ask while the ladies just stood there. Then it took so long I decided on a smaller cup. Then the dr. Pepper was completely out. These people do not care about customer service or making sales. The ladies preferred to chit chat behind the counter than to do any work. I give this store less than 2 years before they sell to another owner.
