We bought a purple 3 hybrid mattress and pillow combo from Denver Mattress. Their staff is extremely friendly, and we never felt pressured into making a hasty choice to buy on the same day. We ended up going to the store 3 times total. Brandon showed us around the first time and helped us narrow down our choice. The second time we went for a longer trial of the purple 3 mattress. We tried it out for a good 10 minutes and Diana was very informative and answered all our questions. The store has a longer return policy than purple.com so we decided to buy it from them. We wanted to do some more research online on bed frames so ended up going to the store again the next day to buy the mattress. Diana helped us get the best deal and even honored the 10% off of the purple foundation even though they don't sell it themselves. The store also has 30 day price match, and we took advantage of it to save another $100 as we found a lower price on Black Friday. Diana responded to our request swiftly to honor the price match. We had an excellent experience at Denver Mattress and highly recommend it to mattress shoppers.
We had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for a sales person to get freed up to help us and that was not a problem. That gave us a chance to test out a few mattresses and make a decision. The sales lady was polite and answered our questions. She explained the warranty and checked us out in a very timely manner. The gentleman in the warehouse was very efficient and helped load our merchandise, he even offered to help secure it in our trailer. Very happy with our purchase and service!!!
Jacob Kelly did an outstanding job of assisting with our mattress purchase. He listened to our needs, responded with addition questions to help us consider what we had not already discussed, recommended some options and supported our decision. Jacob exceeded our expectations and delivered a quality service and outstanding price. He’s a great ambassador for Denver Mattress.
We had the most wonderful experience. Diana Hunter the Manager was awesome. She knew everything about the products we looked at and the one we purchased. She was not overly aggressive like some people have been. She was helpfull in answering all of our questions, got us a great deal and was awesome at getting my husband a military discount. We will be letting our friends know about y'all. My husband wanted to add that she listened to all of his medical issues and was great about finding the perfect fit for him. He is extremely happy. Thank y'all very much for the wonderful experience.
My husband and I were on the hunt for a new bed. We went to Denver Mattress hoping to find one. When we walked in, we were welcomed by a worker named Jacob. Jacob did an exceptional job at helping us find the right product. He thoroughly went through the different beds in the store describing what made each one unique and helped us decide which ones would fit our needs the best. My husband likes soft beds and I like more of a firm bed, so I thought it was going to be difficult finding something we both could agree on. Jacob, however, found the perfect bed that we both enjoyed and found comfortable! Jacob helped make this process so much easier than anticipated and a great experience. He made us feel confident that we were getting a great mattress that we would enjoy for years to come. He wasn’t satisfied until we were. This wonderful experience is why we will continue to purchase our mattresses from Denver Mattress from now on!
