The bedroom furniture we found was good quality for price (5 stars). Sales experience 2 STARS! The dresser was to be back ordered until October which we were told up front. The agreement on the sales contract (JULY 6) stated to deliver the bed and night stand when it came in, then deliver the dresser in October. We had to call after 3 weeks of my son sleeping on the floor and they said they had it in the store for 2 weeks already. They were going to HOLD THE BED AND NIGHT STAND until OCTOBER! So they could deliver it all at once. We said we need it now. They’re nonchalant response was it would take another 2 weeks to deliver. I told them I will just come pick it up, which I did. The manager couldn’t care less and gave no apology for the screw up.
We bought a couch! My wife and I came in to the store to just pass time and look at furniture. Chris Ford approached us and asked if we needed help. He was not pushy like some sales people can be, he was very helpful. We ended up buying a new sectional. Very great customer service. I recommend to anyone looking for any furniture.
