The store itself has been very well designed to allow you to lay down on the beds and listen to the sales person's explanation of each type of bed and what it offers, then you can make a decision as to which mattress you would like to purchase. The sales lady was very knowledgeable, but strictly business. This was my second Sleep Number purchase, since I had had another one since 2006, so I knew I was going to buy one and I knew the majority of the attributes I wanted before I went into the store. I think if you don't know, it is best to just listen and then ask the questions at the end of the presentation and then decide. I am looking forward to having my new luxurious bed and pillows!

Friendly staff, but then I'm sure they get paid commission, so why wouldn't they be. We bought one. We'll see how it goes.
