Excellent experience with Donnie. Highly recommend both Donnie and this Arkansas family owned company. In my opinion, it is best not to deal with the other salesperson.
My husband & I went to Mattress King on Black Friday. We have different needs regarding the mattress, my husband likes it not too firm & I like it super firm. We had gone to different mattress stores for few months on different occasions & locations, couldn't find what we needed. But at Mattress King NLR, Donnie managed to find us the mattress that works for both of us! He was so friendly right from the start, very knowledgeable with the products, very helpful & worked patiently with us! We purchased the mattress! We're so happy with the mattress that we have now. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks so much, Donnie! Had great experience since the very beginning to the end!

My wife and I have been shopping around for a base for our bed for quite some time now. When I walked into Mattress King, Donnie greeted me very professionally. He knew his products very well and educated me in a lot of it. I bought the base and had it shipped. Some things happened to the truck the day it was supposed to arrive at my house so they had to move it to another day. They apologized and made up for it. They sent Jason and Brice, they were amazing! They greeted me at the door, came in and set everything up very quickly, and took all the trash. They walked me through putting my base together and taking it apart. Just an all around awesome customer experience.
Great experience right from the start. Greeted right as we walked in, no sales pressure at all. Just lots of knowledge about each mattress that we where interest in. Found the perfect mattress and pillow combo. Chris Ward was awesome, and we appreciated the whole experience. We’ll be back for future mattresses.
