Picked up a mattress today and was amazed at how much goes into bedding now. The sales staff proved to be very knowledgeable and extremely professional in my experience. Perry specifically took care of us and made sure our family left with a great mattress with a warranty at a price we were very pleased with. Pickup was at a local warehouse where staff members were prepared to load my vehicle as soon as we pulled in. All in all couldn’t ask for more out of the staff, and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks for having such an efficient and organized crew working at this location!
First of all, the customer service was superb from the time I entered the store. Darius, the store manager was very kind (and patient) and made sure I got the best quality product within my budget. He wasn't pushy but asked the right questions to ensure that I got exactly what I needed for my family. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but I walked away confident in the quality of the products I purchased. I appreciate Darius and his staff for their high level of quality service and for valuing my satisfaction in my purchase versus simply going for the sale.
We had our interaction with Matt at Mattress Firm. He was very thorough in helping us purchase a mattress. He had us test several mattresses, always asking how that one felt, and then testing another depending on our response. Once we found the 'perfect' mattress, he was very knowledgeable in the purchasing process. We got the mattress and adjustable base for a great price. We were surprised at the savings. We would purchase from Mattress Firm again.
