They have excellent customer service but definitely keep an eye on your bill and save all your receipts.

The customer service we received at T-Mobile on JFK was extraordinary. Chris, Nick, and Caitlyn worked together to make our family transition seamless and saved us about $200 a month in the process. When AT&T made it difficult for us to unlock our already paid for phones, Chris worked on his day off to help us remotely. This is definitely above and beyond anything we expected. Thank you so much!!

Before you choose T-MOBILE as your Cell carrier do better homework than I did or you will be switching to someone else 8 months in like me. Very disappointed
