I'm a passenger with my truck driver husband & we were at this Love's for his 34 restart. This is a very busy place & all employees we encountered were friendly & greeted every time we entered! The store was clean as well as the showers. The women's restroom was one of the cleanest I've seen which was amazing with all the nasty patrons that won't pick up after themselves. The employees deserve a special recognition for a job very well done!!!
I can’t say enough about the staff here! Our family is in the process of traveling from California to Tennessee in two vehicles. When we were traveling through Memphis, I phoned my husband in the other car only to hear the delightful voice of Courtney a staff member at Loves 236. She had found my husband’s phone and gave us the incredible gift of taking it upon herself to mail the phone to us! So amazingly grateful!!!!! There are not enough words to express our gratitude for her kindness.
Got fuel and changed drivers.
8-17-20...23:00...Was on hold for over 30 min waiting for emergency roadside to answer to be told they would not have a mechanic on duty till 8 am the next morning. POOR customer satisfaction for sure!
Quick place to stop and get some gas and snacks. The staff were friendly and the prices reasonable. Plenty of parking lot space to maneuver the gas pumps.
