The space is fairly cramped. The Kroger here is small, with an underwhelming selection. The Senior Tequilas is the worst of the franchise, and the shops aren’t very good. Your best bet is to cruise to a shopping center that has better parking, businesses, and cleanliness.

Colony West Shopping who are the SAGE Partners Properties Owner TJ & Bryan lease agent these two can't be trusted tenant beware with these two before sign any lease with them.nThey were scam me into a lease personal warranty for long-tern years even my attorney got slip thru it this is how they are as I states below.nthey intent to sent you a multiple lease and tries to changes options from business lease into a personal warranty without your knowledge they kept corrected it and said they changing only date instead they were changing all in the lease.nWhen they hand me there space it's so horrible cost me 30,000. 00 dollars to clean up before I can do anything into it.nthen I felt that I have been SCAM then I have to wash my hand off and sold my business walk out off there premises so far I haven't owe them anything until I requested references letter they were refuse to give it to me even I didn't do anything wrong .nnMy advice to all viewer that be better off DO NOT rent or lease any of properties from these guys who name TJ & Bryan when it come to SAGE Partner.nnStay away from these guys
