On the few occasions I have had to pick up medications this is the location I use. On the days I had medications, my doctors quickly sent the script over. I arrived shortly after the order was placed and waited about 15-20 minutes for it to be fulfilled. The pharmacist was very helpful, checked to see what was covered by my insurance and walked me through all the medications as they were new to me and answered all my questions. There was a new member on staff who was comfortable asking for help and guidance, that speaks volumes to me regarding the care and teaching of staff and teamwork.nnSo far this pharmacy has provide me with nice customer service and quick turn around with a new order.
The pharmacist is very nice. Two of the three people handling the drop offs and pick ups have been totally incompetent. First, I was told my meds would be ready the next day, then three days later, then not told. I went by 8 days later having been told all but one was ready. NOT!!! I have two that still aren't ready and no idea as to when they might be. Granted, I moved from another state to AR, however, it was Kroger to Kroger Pharmacy. I was assured before moving that it would not be a problem.
This is literally the worst pharmacy ever . U have to wait over 2 hours just for small prescriptions I feel like they need to pick up their speed.
This place sucks the pharmacy is so slow now
I was a diehard wal greens customer until recently, and decided to switch to the Kroger I always shop at. I checked hours online before going, as I had a limited amount of time today, and the site clearly says they are open until 7 pm on Saturday. I was really needing to get my prescriptions filled today because of my tight schedule, and got there at 6:30, but the entire pharmacy was closed up tight, so now I have to wait until Monday, which is a huge inconvenience. If you're going to have posted hours, you should stick to them. May have to consider having my prescriptions sent elsewhere.
