These guys are a godsend. Not only are they incredibly kind and knowledgeable with their services, they offer a very personalized experience for those who come in for help. For two months now, they've been assisting my boyfriend with his injections and they get us out quickly and kindly. They are also LGBT friendly! I would absolutely reccomend patronizing Park West Pharmacy.

I have always been greeted with a smile and everyone who works here are always helpful and upbeat. Best pharmacy in Central Arkansas. .. hands down!

You won't find a higher level of customer service ANYWHERE, much less any other pharmacy. The owner is of the utmost character and integrity. He instills in all of his employees a great work ethic with a can do attitude, as well as the meticulousness and precision of quickly and efficiently handling all of your medication needs, which are extremely valuable skill sets that all customers should want out of those managing their medications. They will and do go above and beyond and no matter how busy will always make the time to explain any questions or concerns you have about your medications. They will welcome you and treat you like family. Please especially during these trying times support your local business owners and support Parkwest Pharmacy. You won't find another establishment that truly cares about the person behind the name and script. Keep local business alive. I transferred to Park West from a national chain in the middle of the worst medical condition of my life, just coming out of a 25 day hospital stay and many medications to manage. Park West went above and beyond in helping me manage my medications and all the many refills. Then a few years later they helped me manage medications for infertility treatment, ordering special medications, making sure I had everything I needed so I didn’t have to depend on a mail order pharmacy. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of on every level. And the best part, they call me by name and ask about my husband and children when I come in. They treat me like family.

I have been coming here for 25 years!! I have even moved to Sherwood and STILL come here! They are simply amazing! They have been the only pharmacy for my family of 6 and we have NEVER had a bad experience. THIS is the epitome of what every business should be!!nSupport small business!!!
