I've been with Adam for nearly 10 years. I've had 3 houses and about 6 different cars insured through him...yet his office will not answer calls or even call back. I've left multiple voicemails and written multiple emails on several different occasions throughout the years. No response to any of them. Horrible customer service. I finally had to call the 1-800 number recently and the gal suggested I switch agents. I'll do that or maybe even switch insurance companies all together. Bye Adam and Jessi.
Been working with State Farm for nearly 10 years and couldn’t be happier. Adam is a phenomenal agent- caring, knowledgeable, patient and overall great person. Love my team and office!
I have a renter's insurance policy with State Farm that I'm very happy with. When I was shopping around for car insurance, unfortunately they were not the ones for me but they were very honest and open with me about why. Yesenia was the best at answering all my questions and I know she did her best to lower my rate. I am forever in her debt for saving my wife and I when my car keys were stolen and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere!! Like a GREAT neighbor, Yesenia was there :)
Jessie was amazing! Buying a home is a stressful process and having someone like her who is willing to put up with all of my questions and trust me I had a lot is exactly what I needed to feel assured about this step.
