I've been w SF for over a decade & im happy w my insurance costs but the customer service lately leaves something to b desired. Not sure if there have been staffing changes but I've never had to spend more time on the phone trying to figure out issues that r of no fault of ours; issues due to agents or staff not knowing what they are doing. I had issues when my son was moving out & trying to get his own policy & I finally had to call an 800 number for SF to get it figured out because my local office had no clue for 3 wks what the problem was.

State Farm has cost me more then they’re worth. I had a vehicle for a day so they added a credit to my account so when I got my new car I would pay for the initial payment. Upon adding it I was required to pay more money. It’s been almost 2 months and the car from my accident still has not been paid off. Then I specifically told them not to remove the car from my accident, from my policy, and it was removed causing more problems. You cost me an additional $600 for no reason. I don’t recommend State Farm or sandy because she specifically told me she take care of it.

I never thought I would say that my insurance agent would be someone I would consider a friend! Sandy is absolutely amazing as a person, and at her job. So kind, caring and a real joy to be around!
