Apparently they only hire illiterate mail carriers. My opinion is due to the fact that he/she cannot tell the difference between markwood rd. and beckwood dr. I am dang near on a first name basis with the residents of the same address on the opposite Street due to the fact that we exchange mail on a REGULAR basis. No amount of complaints thus far has resulted in better service.
I have lived in the same house for 12 years. And for 12 years I have had to chase down parcels because the employees at this post office apparently cannot read. Also, I think I'm in the carrier's last round of deliveries, so if he doesn't feel like it, he doesn't deliver mail. I really wish there was an alternative
There very rude at this office. You will get a bad attitude, if you call to track a package. if I could rate below an one, I would have done so.
