My experience with State Farm as an insurance product has been satisfactory. I am very happy with the policies provided by them. But, additionally I am happy to take a moment to point out the excellent service I have received by the agents associated with the Jill Verboort office. They know their company’s products, and go the extra mile to provide the best options available for the specific needs of their clients. I’ve been with Jill Verboort State Farm since I got my drivers permit. (7 years) They’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to insure my vehicles with. They’ve never tried to sell me a policy I don’t need, but always work with me to get the best rates for the policy’s I want. When I sold my commuter car for a different project car, they “grandfathered” my new car into the safe driver discount from my commuter. They are honest with me when there’s something that I don’t need to have, but still advise me on what more I can protect with their service. For instance, I don’t NEED to have coverage on a travel trailer, since the liability coverage of the tow vehicle covers it, but I will still insure my trailer for damage. I will continue to do business with them for years to come.

Mrs. Jill Verboort team went above and beyond to contact me and give me the finders phone number so I could reach them and get my car back. A shout out to Kacie and all the office team!
