I used this cleaners for several years. Several months ago they broken my expensive jacket's Zipper but I noticed after several days, so I didn't complain them. Recently, I found a broken/lost zipper in one of my expensive jacket too. Luckily found it during the delivery. The cashier mentioned she will let the owner about it, but 8 days passed and don't get any response from the cleaners. So I came to the shop and they mentioned I need to repair it from other place. They are not responsible, etc. Very bad service.
Good service I just don't like having to pay first but no problems so far with my garments!
I’ve been a customer for good 5 years, service has been excellent, if I ever had an issue has been resolved satisfactorily, great value!, I always recommend them!!

I have used this location for a long time. I never had any problems until the last two months. I have had two pieces of clothing faded. The first item was a Ralph Lauren activewear top, with was so faded the cleaners replaced with no problem. The last item has been there since I went to pick it up the first time on 7/11/18. It is a blue Ralph Lauren jumpsuit with white trimming and a silver fastener, which has only been worn once. The white is faded and the fastener is tarnished around the edges. It has been sent back through the cleaning process twice. So far I have only been offered a five dollar discount, on an expensive piece of clothing. I was told someone will be calling me & another note was placed on the hanger. I am very frustrated with this situation, I have lost time and gas going back and forth, plus I was not able to wear the item on my trip as planned.
