You will always be greeted with a smile, eagerness to assist, do not want you to lift a finger... humbling staff and so polite! I always enjoy visiting because I always leave smiling! And the service is also great lol, if it’s not right they will fix it... I have also been beyond great full for the service provided to frontline workers. Thank you so much Tide! And the staff is exceptional!!!
I started using Tide as soon as they opened and they always did a fantastic job but something changed a few months back. When I get my shirts back now they are a wreck. The collars are horrible and I have talked to the manager on several occasions and they always agree to redo the shirts but I can’t continue to use them anymore. I hate it because it’s a convenient location and the folks are nice, they just have lost their quality control.
The tide company was so generous to offer laundry service to Covid frontline families, a tremendous assistance to our family and appreciated.
Such friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff! One of their employees, Alice Smith, went above and beyond for me. My first experience with this company was amazing, and I won’t go anywhere else!
