Very sweet and helpful staff. One of my charms broke when it was being cleaned and since it is no longer in distribution, they replaced it with a similar one for no charge! And the cleaning was great.

My first experience I thought was good until I took home a defected bracelet which lost one of the favorite charms which was lost and I paid a total of over $350.00 for. I lost the the charm and Pandora told me that they could not do anything about that but could replace the bracelet since it was defected and I ended up sending more on charms there an additional 100.00 more but I don't think I will be back any time soon because the first representative I dealt with forgot to tell me so many things that the second one told me until I was dissatisfied and Pandora apologize but didn't offer no discounts and didn't have any wipes to clean my bracelet. What a mess.

The staff here is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Great selection of charms. I'm always there only for the Disney collection, and I've never had them be sold out of something I was there to buy.
