I've had nothing but good experiences with this agent's team. Lorraine has gone above and beyond to help me get everything in order and readily answers any questions that I have, if she's out of the office I feel comfortable that the rest of the team is going to help me in any way that they can.

This agency has gone above and beyond service for me as a customer. I have added vehicles to my policy and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are very prompt in returning my calls and responses to my emails. Lorraine has been exceptional in taking care of my insurance needs. I will never switch agencies as long as I have them to service my insurance needs!

They did an excellent job reviewing my insurance. My home and auto insurance payments are now half of what they used to be!

I wanted to update my review from 1 star to 5 because after leaving this they have since went above and beyond and got their under writers to reimburse me for the reinstatement fee I had to pay....so thank you!nnThey were suppose to file an SR-22 and failed to so my license got suspended. And after telling them this they have yet to respond to me. We paid them almost $300 to get the insurance and they had 2 months to provide DMV with proof of SR-22 filing and they didn't even do that. Very unprofessional service and not very knowledgeable employees.
