A great experience all around from beginning to end. From the moment we walked in the store to browse their collections to the moment I snuck in to buy the ring their staff was warm and welcoming in a way that felt truly genuine, rather than the fake warmth you sometimes feel from sales people. The rings themselves turned out beautiful and not a day goes by I don't catch my now fiance staring at it, and the joy on her face definitely made everything worth it. As for pricing, they do carry top brands so might be more expensive than some jewelers, but they are definitely very competitively priced matching costs to any major brand you might find. (And here's a tip, if you buy the engagement ring, diamond, and wedding band in one go they'll be willing to give you a bit of a discount on these items) I certainly know I would recommend them based on staff alone to any friends looking to buy. And a side note that if you ask them about their partnership with children's hospital you will get to see their passion and dedication for helping out their charitable foundation.
Mae, who is a sales associate at the store, falsified information on an order with us to recoup the purchase price. She purchased merchandise from us that was connected to the store, falsified a claim to recoup the purchase price, she kept our money and our item. Do you really want someone selling you diamonds and jewelry that conducts business this way? Shop somewhere else.
If your looking for a friendly staff and greatly overpriced jewelry this is the place for you. I bought my fiancé’s engagement ring here and felt the price was a little high. I did some looking later afterwards and found the same style ring with a better center diamond for $1600 LESS! I completely understand mark up to make a profit, but that much is crazy. I went back for a “Store Wide 60% Off Sale” and figured at least I should be able to get a wedding band at a better price. I arrived to the same friendly staff ready to help, I was looking for a simple diamond ring that matched the engagement ring I had bought. I then found the matching ring, but was told this was not part of the sale (of course). I told the woman helping me I wasn’t looking at spending that much today and asked if they have any other options that I could look at. I looked at 2-3 other rings that were all also conveniently not in the sale. If budget isn’t an concern for you I highly recommend Jones and Son, but otherwise I would look elsewhere.
Jones and Son are GREAT!! JR was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure my purchase was exactly what I wanted and more. He even met me on a day when they were closed so I could pick up my ring for a surprise engagement while my then girlfriend was at work. JR even called the next week to see how the engagement went and to ask how my fiance like her new ring-just a quality guy all around. So many great things to say about JR and his son who is also a jeweler there. Will only shop here for future purchases and would give more stars if possible.
Jones & Son run a fine establishment. They have a wide variety of beautiful jewelry and the prices are very competitive. The service is amazing and I am always pleased with every purchase I make from them.
