I am the owner of Unikat and have absolutely no idea why this person Celina wrote that terrible review! I have no idea who she is, what incidence she is talking about and I was not even open to the public then cause of Covid19. I wish that if customers had a problem with something they would address it directly so one could fix the issue! I treat everybody fairly and equally and I wonder if there was some huge misunderstanding! Could you please reveal yourself and say what I did so wrongly to you and let me correct it???

The owner here is very rude and bossy and isn’t professional, thinks she can talk to anyone in a rude manner. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for not even beautiful jewelry.
