Terminix is the worst service provider I’ve ever experienced... They lie about appointments! Services are not guaranteed and they will debt your account for more money than what you agreed upon... They will close out a ticket for services they did not render and they give you the run around when asking billing questions.. I called for a month and kept getting put on hold 45 mins or longer and no one would come to the phone. Still waiting on a call back from over 9 months ago on a service they were charging me for when I had already informed them I had moved.. Why would I wanna pay for services when I no longer live there.. They told me they would look into it and call me back .. I even forwarded them the text messages I had from the tech when he came to the new home .. They still said I didn’t inform them!!!!LIARS AND MANIPULATOrs
