Awesome shop! Ann and entire staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great place for all cross stitch and punch needle needs! Really enjoyed our time there!
I understand that your policy is to not refund for the retreat and it isn’t your fault that you need to cancel it. It is not my fault either. But I will ask you this - is it truly worth upsetting your customers and loosing future business? I would say no! That I suppose is your choice. I’m sure that this policy will work for many of your customers but it doesn’t work for me since I live in Wichita KS. Maybe you just simply don’t care because I’m not a regular customer of yours. That is sad. It’s sad that you would not even agree to give a store credit where I could at least get something for my money. Giving 4 dates to go to another retreat is not helpful to me. It was hard for me to get off work for this retreat and I doubt it will be possible for me to attend the other dates. I feel like you have stolen my $420. Did you have to already pay that money to someone else? Are you getting a refund from them or is this just free money to you for doing nothing for me?

Great place, great product selection, and the people are very helpful with all things needlework and stitching.
Shepherds Needle is an amazing needlework shop. Fabric, fibers, and charts, anything a stitcher could want or need. A truly friendly atmosphere where any stitcher would feel at ease.
