All the workers I interact with have always been quick to help, and never act like I'm inconveniencing them. I went in for some sort of straw-sized pipe for a costume, and they helped me pick out some tubing that is going to work even better than what I was envisioning. They didn't just show me the aisle I needed and then leave, they stood by to make sure I found exactly what I needed. The Cashiers are always polite and quick to get customers checked out, and the store is always very clean.
Great, had what I was looking for
Lowe's finally opened in Little Rock. It is a nice, clean, new store. The staff is nice and tries to be helpful but about 50% of them don't know where jack is. You are better off using the lowes app to find your quarry. Lowes has not managed to escape from the covid shortage unscathed. The lumber is hit or miss but so are their competitors.
A lady name Amanda lied about their return policy. She made us wait for 4 hours till closing time. When it was closing time, she disrespected us and told us to leave without any assurance but just to call corporate which I have never heard of. So we have over a 100lb equipment that was bought same day just sitting in our area because Amanda, the customer service rep lied to us. We don’t like being lied to nor does anyone that shops there, especially wasting our valuable time... Thank you Amanda for making our experience memorable and I hope you are not giving anyone that same experience because that was -5 out of 5 stars.
Actually had a pleasant experience at this location. Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Checkout was smooth and pleasant with a cheerful cashier even though it was really busy. Highly recommended
