Big Red runs a tight ship. I think a little too tight. They leave small room for spontaneous on the spot customer service. I have seen competitors make small concessions in the name of customer service as a norm, so much so that it has been talked about in sales meetings as an example. That being said. This store has a very professional and welcoming staff. I have worked in this area as a car salesman for years and have never had a bad experience with the staff; that says a lot putting them in the above-average category in my book process-driven efficiency. They do have specials daily and reasonable prices on most items.

Hi management.nI don’t know why you don’t have your phone number posted on here but... I got gas with you guys on 7/21/20 and later on in the day my car started messing up. It struggled to start. Sometimes wouldn’t start at all. My car did this episode about 5 times. Dealership found that my gas had water in it. Management, your gas... has.. water. So yeah. A lot of Vehicles are probably messing up right now. So yeah, might wanna look into that.

Drove off after i couldn’t get fuel with my credit card the reader kept asking for a rewards code 3 time. I don’t have rewards. Then it said don’t use chip reader. I inserted it just as it was supposed to go in. It chose to read chip, not strip. Went to loves and, wow not a problem. First time was a charm. Thanks Valero, bye!
