I needed to get my dad a recliner. I came to this location as a last minute decision and I'm glad I did. From Brandy to Jay, I was thoroughly impressed. My dad's health is not the greatest and they fully understood his needs. Jay was the absolute best. If I could give this experience 10 stars I absolutely would. Thank you for making this so great!!!

Visited the Little Rock location and Brandy helped my wife and I today. She was very personable and didn't pressure us to buy. We told her what we were looking for and she provided several options and background on the companies. Professional and exceptional customer service. Of course we found the perfect couch set for an amazing price, Thank you for the help Brandy.

After being overwhelmed and frustrated because my previous living room furniture order with Hank’s went awry, I visited FFO, on October 17th, to see if they had something that I would feel comfortable settling for in my home. Jay, my wonderful sales associate, helped uplift my mood and was very accommodating throughout my entire visit. She was extremely knowledgeable about the pieces that would work best and was genuine in her approach and offering her opinions. Did I mention that Jay was able to get me same-day delivery?! I can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond the call of duty.nnWhenever you decide to shop at FFO, please ask for Jay. She’s not a pushy salesperson and really does care about you as a person first, and customer second. As long as she’s there, I’ll definitely continue to be a repeat customer.
