My fiancé and I went to Cleo's in Little Rock to look for a bedroom set, and we were so impressed with how well the staff served us! A staff member, Jeff, worked with us for the most part. He was extremely helpful, treated us like family, and guided us in the direction we needed to go! We were so thankful for him!

Excellent customer service! With the help of Eric, my husband and I got our dresser and bar chairs in less than an hour, including financing time. I like online shopping for most of our stuff, but I want to feel and see my thousand-dollar piece of furniture before buying it. So we went to the store, and told Eric what we wanted. And he took us to exactly what we asked for! No pushing style of selling either! Ask for him if you need your furniture at Cleo’s!

I will NEVER DO BUSINESS or recommend them to anyone!!!! I've called several times ( no one ever answers the phone) and left 2 VM for Eric about the 30 day return policy but have gotten no response. I talked to Eric at the West Little Rock store on Markham about 2 weeks after the purchase to tell him I wanted to return one of the of the box spring and mattresses (still in the original packaging) I bought and he said he had to talk to his boss about it and would call back. Well, he never called back and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES. I spent $2,500 in that store and still want to return these items. The 30 days are way past due but because I never got a call back and couldn't reach anyone, I think the policy should still be honored. I will wait for your response before I go higher up. This is TERRIBLE service!!!!!!

Bought a sofa from here on June 26, paid cash. Came back next day to pick it up, without measuring my truck or trying to put it in, they told me it wouldn't fit. I then called to schedule a delivery, was told it would be delivered on July 4. Cool. I waited all day, no delivery. When I called to inquire about the situation, I was told that no delivery order was ever put in. What?!? AND instead of trying to accommodate me in any way, they say it will be July 15 before they can deliver. It was their mistake and they are willing to do nothing to make it right. So, basically, after they make their sale, they don't care about the customer. So disappointed.

It’s been a month going on 2 months and I have yet to receive my dining set, I paid the full amount for my table and still haven’t heard anything back from this furniture place. I have had TWO different delivery dates and I’ve called plenty of times to get in touch with someone and nobody answers the phone. I’ve never had to experience this with a furniture store I’m very disappointed that I can’t get a refund back and how long I’m having to wait I’ve never had to do this with any furniture store.
