I love the style of furniture you carry. Furniture is well made and affordable. John Paul assisted me. He was very professional, informative and personable. He apologized for my not be greeted upon entering the store due to a rush of customers at once, that was unexpected but appreciated.
Purchasing experience a joy. Mr. Aaron greeted me at the door. He inquired as to my needs and showed me Haverty's inventory of Massage Chairs. He was knowledgeable of the inventory and guided me through the operation of the chairs. My questions were answered and options were presented. I stated that I had further shopping to do and would return if I found the chair better suited my needs. It did and I returned to purchase the chair.
