Purchased a queen size bed and box springs that I had delivered and setup. The salesman was friendly and professional. I was a little skeptical when they told me they couldn't give me a delivery time window, so I had to take off work all day. It was worth it because the delivery guys were AMAZING!!! I've had a lot of furniture delivered over the years, but these guys were by far the best! I called the store to brag on them so I hope they get some kind of recognition for it. I'm definitely a very happy customer!!!
We went in on Labor Day to purchase a new couch, and we were met at the door (in a very non-pushy way) by Dakota. We let him know what we were looking for and he led us directly to what we needed and then stepped away to let us talk and decide. We were in and out (with our 3 young kids) in about 30 minutes, and were so impressed with the service. On top of that, we were highly impressed to see that the owners were in the store on a holiday. It’s rare to have that kind of personal touch in a successful business on a holiday, first thing in the morning. Well done, Hanks!
My sales person was awful. Never once called to give an update on my furniture. When I would call he kept using Corona Virus as an excuse ( virus dosen't affect phone calls). I understand orders are behind. All I ask for was updates. Rick finally canceled my order and is supposed to send me my refund. After the service I received, I'm sure I'll have to contact them several times to get my money back. Customer service is a thing of the past .
If you ever need to buy furniture, go see Ms. Irma at Hanks. She was so well-informed and kind. She wasn’t pushy and gave us all the time we needed to decide. She made what could’ve been a stressful experience very easy. Thank you!
