Super disappointed with the service I received at this store. I came in knowing what I wanted and the salesman acted like he had never heard of the Samsung S20 even though there was a picture behind him on the wall. My mom and I gave them all of our account information and he walked off into to the back. While he was gone I noticed he left the computer unlocked with all of our account information on display for the other customer to see while they were browsing. When he came back he did not have the phone with him, and it was like we started the process all over. Had to verify which phone I was paying off and what phone I wanted. He walked off again and came back with 3 phones. The s20, a Google phone, and the new LG. He starts talking about the LG and I tell him I still want the Samsung. Another associate comes over and I thought finally someone who knows what they are doing will help. NO HE comes over to push the LG on me as well. Finally I have to say look. I did my research i use to work for a cell phone dealer and I know what I want. I let them activate the phone and told them I would set it up myself. Also they tried to take advantage of me with the $350 trade in credit. My phone had a light scratch on the screen and they were only going to offer me half. I said no and got out of there. Extremely disappointed with the service. I will never be back.
