Loyal Apple products user here since the early 2000’s! Recently I went in with an issue with my iPhone and received excellent service from Phil! He was extremely helpful and very personable! I here / see so many people complaining about the techs and staff at Apple and vowing to switch to Android...... but I don’t remember seeing any android repair stores locally here offering same day repair service! But hey what do I know I am and will always be a loyal Apple customer! Great store! Knowledgeable staff!
I've been to Apple stores across the country and this one is one of the best. By far the smoothest experience for an iPhone launch day. They are very friendly and helpful with all your tech needs. Highly recommend an in store visit.
Always clean and very friendly staff. They've really organized the store perfectly for the pandemic and the checkout is optimized for express pickup! I recommend them!
It is unbelievable to me that Apple companies get us all to believe their products are the absolute best, get us alllll hooked on Apple, then CLOSE THE STORE and leave everyone stranded. Thank God for Best Buy. I may just Abandon Apple right back.
I paid for a MacBook with my hard earned money. I should be able to take it any place to have it repaired. Apple refuses to work on their devices if it’s been worked on by a 3rd party company before. What a joke.
