Needed to have my battery checked in a black SUV in an Arkansas summer heat with the heat index over 100 degrees. Ashley, the assistant manager, volunteered to check it, and change it. Was so sweet. It was cool....I loved the employee not sure what her name was. But she was a African American female. Great customer service

Assistant manager acted like me being there was a interruption to her day. Wouldn't even acknowledge my question when I provided a part number and walked away. Unacceptable customer service representation of the O'Reilly brand.

The store was stocked and clean. But most of the team members were lazy. I did end up getting some help for the products that i needed.

Prices are a little higher than on amazon or other online stores, but stock is plentiful and staff helpful
