This place has stolen 250$ from me, refuse to take anymore payments from me and threaten me every other day. Chris the manager is so rude & unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from this store
It took 3 weeks to order a dishwasher they never ordered I called last Monday for the 2 nd time and said yes please order the dishwasher they said ordering day is Tuesday and they didn't do anything I called today and said did you order the dishwasher NO!!! I would NOT do business with this Rent-A-Center on Rodney Parham because they are not customer service friendly they do not kwhat they're doing and they're lazy
Extremely unprofessional and lazy. Thinks someone is lying to them. (Stereotypical) Overpriced for stained furniture with water damage. Prices aren't up to date for furniture that's on floor. I asked for pricing on dresser, employee asked manager and manager said he doesn't know where price tag is and will look in the Morning when he does inventory. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't waste time!
