Clean store. Everything in stock.
Geek Squad shot straight with me on two computers I brought in. One they could fix, and did very well. The other was toast and is being scavenged for parts. But the most impressive thing was that the Geek Squad member noticed that I had bought two overlapping protection plans. He helped me cancel the one I didn't need and gave me a refund. Best Buy could have easily just kept my money and I would have never known.
These folks give me the best service that I have had when shopping for electronics. I work for Best Buy 15 years ago, and it is great to see the customer service still lives on somewhere. I just wish I had more money to spend so I could give them more of my business.
I did a curbside pick up order. The day I went was the Saturday after black Friday so it was expected to be busy. The wait time was a bit longer than usual but they had someone out there who would update the customers about their order status. So that was a plus! Great customer service.
My favorite place to look, browse and touch. Gadget heaven
