Not a fancy restaurant. Basic chairs and tables and you order at the counter. The coffee was good though as was the cookie we had. Nice mugs too. Coffee was reasonably priced at around $1.75.
Sometimes I like the West LR location better because they seem to stock a better variety than NLR, but I really don't like the way they rearranged the location of check-out lines. It seems to have made a bottle neck instead of alleviating one.
Ok, first of all I had a curb side order but left 2 items off so I had to go inside. I use my scan and go tool on the app for the first time and it was awesome!!! 5 stars for that. Now curbside is a different story. The last few times the process has been very slow. This time was no different. I went doing my allotted time and noticed I never received my email confirming my order was ready. I waited 45 minutes for that email. Finally, I stopped the employee that was bringing out an order and was advised they were behind and one person is pulling the orders and she is bringing out to the customers. I explained my issue and wait time and she was gracious enough to go pull my order so I can go. Please staff your store accordingly so this process can improve!!! The star rating is low because of the process and long wait. The interaction from the employees are good!!
Nice Sam's and always very clean. Most registers have been converted to self-service, which makes everything quickly. Most of the time it's well stocked with the items we need. Only issue today: they rearranged the store, but hadn't updated the aisle signs yet!
Another successful visit to Sam's Club. We always find great deals. Their fresh fruits and vegetables are very good as is their meat department selection. Good buys on household items, too. Using the Sam's Club app is the only way we checkout now, it is super easy and you can who's the checkout queues.
